For my husband’s 35th birthday, I was looking for an original gift. The year before, we had gotten married and the photos had ended up in an album. A wedding photo on the wall isn’t really our style, but after seeing several of Klasien’s works, I had the idea of having our wedding photo transformed onto canvas by her.
I sent Klasien the photo and discussed my wishes with her. And it turned out so beautifully! My husband was truly surprised by the wonderful gift. It is bold, original, colourful, large, and very personal.
We enjoy looking at ourselves every single day.
