Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the product.

If you have ordered multiple products with different delivery times in a single order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the final product.

For commissioned work, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as these works are created according to your specific requirements. By agreeing to the commission and the start of its execution, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once work has begun.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the digital withdrawal form and send it to Made by ÚS at info@madeby-us.nl. After submitting the withdrawal form, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product to the webshop are at your own expense. The maximum return costs are estimated at €25.00 (from the Netherlands) and €45.00 (from Belgium or Germany).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Made by ÚS will refund the due amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided that the product has already been received in good condition.
